If you have written your document or letter and ready to save it, follow the instructions below. They are simply easy.
1. Look up the left-top corner of the MS. Left click on the MS icon.(Do not directly hit Ctrl + S key or Save icon over the top.)
2.Click it and you will see many applications showing such as New, Open, Save, Save as and so on.
3.Put your cursor over "Save as"
4.Choose "97-2003 " and click it.
5.Choose file name and save
